2. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience at Vayufit. However, due to the nature of our digital services and subscription commitments, our refund policy is as follows:
- Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Errors and Overcharges: If you believe you have been billed in error or overcharged, please contact our support team immediately. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.
- Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, Vayufit reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Our policy regarding cancellations is as follows:
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription directly through your account settings dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period. After this period ends, your account will revert to a free or inactive status, and you will not be charged again.
- Data Retention: Following cancellation, we may retain your data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it may be permanently deleted. Please ensure you export any necessary data before your access expires.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
